Job Requirements and Responsibilities
- Fix all vehicles (Diesel & Other Trucks) on schedule following company regulations
- Repair all service tickets while scanning for additional issues that can be prevented
- Ensure regular maintenance logs are complete
- Work in accordance with all safety procedures, standards and regulations
- Professional and service-oriented interactions with all customers
- Attend and participate in scheduled safety and maintenance meetings
- Attend and participate in work-related training and development opportunities
- Perform maintenance tasks and maintain work area
You need
- Licensed Truck and Coach or Truck Trailer Mechanic (310T or 310J), Red Seal preferred
- Exceptional mechanical knowledge of multiple types of vehicles
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Good computer skills managing fleet records of work complete
- High degree of professionalism
- Beneficial if you have experience working with reefers and/or tankers, and welding experience
